When you get a chance, not Rathos, but everyone else please post the full names of your new characters.

Experience:

Arkon, Cordaro, and Larissa - for surviving an assault meant for those hardier than you - 2100 (note that you all start at the minimum for your level)

Artemus - for getting short up and healing yourself - 1050

Finn - for an Avelanche that saved the day and for nearly getting shot to death - 2000

Harrick - for a timely shadow summons - 1500

Marston - for absorbing a lot of fire and not dying - 1700

Rathos - for eliminating two of the biggest threats and almost certainly preventing death - 3000

Finn recognizes that the large bird was a dire version of the Great Plateau Buzzard.  The dire version does not occur naturally.

Do you all take the time to wait for the bodies to uncover, or do you collect the one dead human that Rathos stabbed and go?

There is one dead horse.

Harrick, please don't re-animate that horse.

I suggest we grab the dead human and speak to dead once we're in Finn's grove.  We'll need to heal and re-organize before we head to the Underdark.

No more distractions.  We're here for a purpose, so let's stay the course.  We'll deal with our attempted assassins at a later time.

yea.. fine.. yeah.. i won't, because you have stayed true to yourself.. and deep inside it makes you a better you, and that's why Vestalion wants.  He wants you to be the best constable you can be in the life.  He smiles.

Harrick, I consider you a friend, but I want you to know there's always one round in the chamber I'm saving just for you.  So that you can be the best "actually dead" person you can be when the time comes.  I smile back.

"When the time comes for me to ascend, i'll be happy to let you be the one to help me become eternal." he hugs Marstan.  Feeling must bonier then before.

Less hugging and more vampire hunting.  You may be thinner, but you still smell like the dead.

During the 3-day journey Rathos talks to everyone and tries to get to know.  He tells stories of many adventures but he is also genuinely interested in hearing the stories of others.  Also mostly likely on the first day out he ask Marston about the mission and who took his wife.  How do you know where she is?  How do you know that she is alive and safe?  Also after the battle Rathos definitely talk about his portion of the fight and how they were no match for him.  It doesn't really sound like he is bragging or conceded but more like is excited and enjoyed the thrill and danger of the adventure and again he is also interested in hearing how it went for the other and that he is glad no one got seriously injured or killed.
