I keep reloading and firing into the globe of darkness for as long as I can or until something changes.

For three rounds, you hit the darkness.  You never here it hit anything stone or metallic (but that could mean flesh, dirt, or other).  No screams or return fire.

After your forth shot, you realize that the darkness, which has been slowly moving clockwise will clear your cover next turn.

Just Marston.  Two of you are invisible and Harris is behind the fallen house.  Marston has been behind the trough that he scrambled to after he got shot.

Harrick uses his wand of darkness to put a globe around Marstan.  ( if he freaks out and things the vampire did it, i don't stop him for thinking that right away.. but I do eventually )

As an after though.. I wonder if Vampires can see in magical darkness.. I make a check.

They cannot typically see through magical darkness.

Harrick does this, he places 5 static globes of darkness around the enemy globe.  I put a skeletal cat in each globe, with instructions to explode if anyone skinnier then me comes in.   He then finds a spot to hide behind that "IS NOT" inside one of his new Friend globes. So.. he is not hiding within a globe of darkness.  I then try to Dispel that blood sucker.  Actually.. I try to dispel the area to cancel his globe.

How do the cats get to the globes around the enemy globe?

It's painful, I know. But I walk them.

The enemy globe is moving, so you wouldn't be able to surround it with multiple globes.

I'm not looking to be close to it.. like 30 ft away from it is sufficient.  I'm looking to just be in range.  If it's moving to fast I forget about the cats.  But I set the bat to fly into one right before I cast.

Okay, what is the range on your spell (how far away can you be and cast it?)

You start making your way over there, at your speed and up the hill, you get within range just before the darkness is about to get to a clear shot.

What is your modifier to the dispel roll?

Marston, what do you do as the darkness is about to get a clear shot?

I provide cover fire for Harrick as he approaches the globe.  I will fire one of my pistols in order to get more than one shot off.

Please note that I do not put my rifle back in the bandolier of holding.  I leave it on the ground.  I don' t want that thing exploding inside the bandolier and destroying everything else I have.

Harrick is invisible, so it is a bit difficult, but he gives you an idea of when he goes, so you are able to give him cover as he approaches.
