I'll go with him and cast "reduce person' when we are a few blocks away from the target since it has a shorter duration

Ganshuk takes this opportunity to try to make a poison that is much more effective from that person's blood.  If I have to, i'll go talk to the less.. reputable chemists, and clerics in the city.  Trying of course to sound.. um.. reputable.

You can use the blood, and a high alchemy check when making it, to create a poison with a higher DC against that target.

Hmmm, let me think about that. I would expect that an item such as that might be expensive. It might not be worthwhile considering it would only be effective against 1 individual.
