Need an ability for the True Neutral deity of firearms and pistoliers.

Spend a turn attempt to reduce cover/concealment bonus of target by half?

Asinjin:
I like the thought, but is that powerful enough?  Would reducing it completely (except in the case of a target having full cover) be more appropriate>

Malchia:
How about gaining the Quick Draw feat and reduced load times?

Asinjin:
Quick Draw and a number of times per day, load as a free action?
