Phychic Theurge

This prestige class needs to be updated for 4th era psion rules.  It is a take on the mystic theurge (wizard/cleric).  Two major things needed:
 - what is the psionic requirement for entry (on longed leveled powers)
 - it is too powerful to give a new discipline every level like a normal psion gets?

Now that magic is nerfed and Psionics works differently, any chance we could allow the Cerebremancer class into the rotation?

Malchia:
Or perhaps a new class; Spiritual Theurge? A combination of Shaman and Psion.

Old rntry rules were 2nd level powers, which a psion would get at 3rd level. So new rules should be equivalent class level, so maybe make it access to 3 disciplines?

I’m thinking one new discipline at each level is too much. That would give more total powers per level than the old psion, and earlier access to higher level powers (so more impact). Maybe consider a new discipline every 7/10 levels. Or go 5/10 and add some psionic bonus feats or special abilities. I always thought the theurge prestige class was kind of bland, so flavorful abilities might help.

All levels should include a boost to manifester level and PP even though a new discipline may not be gained.

Also suggest we build out the “psionic” domain. I don’t think it exists yet. I have some ideas.
