So I am a little confused with The Law Domain & Judgement(and is there another related one?).  What is the difference in each of domains and what do we plan to use them for?

There are two domains: The Law and Judgment.

Judgment is for Tyrogatore, Celetal, Everentual, and Han~Sui

The Law is for Han~Sui, Gruweas, and Lightstalker.

So The Law domain is a replacement for Law and will focus on the laws of the lands.  Judgement is how we always have had it.

Yes, The Law is less the Lawful plane and planar power and more the law of the land.

Judgment encompasses balance in it.

Judgement is more about discerning or deciding.  The Law is about order, right or wrong, just or unjust etc.

Judgement can certainly be just or unjust the domain is about having the power to make judgements. Look at the Judge powers as examples.

I forgot to mention: when i used the Tools site all of the Eberon pages came up empty.  I was searching by rulebook.  All the lists I have posted therefore were made without considering those spells.  If you see some that look good feel free to chime in.  I also only gave OA a cursory look.

Also, granted power?  Knowledge (Law) and Decipher Script always a class skill; +2 sacred bonus on Knowledge (Law) skill checks.
