Your hearing is significantly below average.  This is more common on the plateau, where firearms and other technologies have loud and damaging to hear.

Prerequisites: none

Penalty: You take a -4 penalty to all Listen checks.  You take a -2 penalty to all Perform skill checks that involve sound.  You have a 10% spell failure chance on any spells that have a verbal component.
