For Parker, lacking any information with my Gather check, i'll ask the Drow guilds. We'll have to pay, but some information is better then none.
Hopefully he like slutty women ( eyeing Esme..)

An artifact recovery mission seems like an “above the board†activity that Natsu doesn’t need to hide from his support staff. One follower is a 3rd level relic hunter in training that focuses on gather info. Haven’t built the character yet, but I think the check will be at least +15 or so (7 ranks + 3 Cha + 3 skill focus + 2 synergy)

Borkondof does not trade as far away as here. Great Forest, Yellowia, and the Orcish Empire are their trade partners.

Parker is a known collector of items that is a rival of the Collector...on a small scale.

Eh.. that doesn't sound good. Powerful friends and all. Istivan calls "avoidance" on this "Parker".
Meaning if we are going to do this, we need to move quick, and decisive. We need to get boots in Bork-doff asap.

The 2nd meeting with Manfred of Iott takes place on the 15th of the 2nd month of 790.
