Question: are Melodic Casting (http://dnd.arkalseif.info/feats/complete-mage--58/melodic-casting--1918/) and Song of the Heart (https://dnd.arkalseif.info/feats/eberron-campaign-setting--12/song-of-the-heart--2675/) on the list of Habololy allowed feats?

If they are both bardic feats, the answer is no.

Are there any feats that grant a character access to a domain without taking a level in Cleric?

Prestige classes ability, but no feats.
