For avoiding a conflict which would have likely resulted in bad news for everyone, each player gets 1250 xp.

Finn and his crew get an extra 750 for setting up the scenario that calmed everyone and held off the violence.

The mayor gets lots of good press from the events.  He is lauded as a deal maker and peacebringer who has now lead Grimhold through several scary years to a place of greater abundance than ever before.

Thoughts on what you do for two-three months.
Finn continues to develop his farmstead. I'm thinking less commodity crops and more exotic specialty crops to demonstrate the wonders that Habastly creates - fruit, nuts, spices like pineapple, cashews, and saffron. I make liberal use of Habastlian Growth (to reduce wait time), Plant Growth (to increase yield), and Wood Wose (to assist with harvesting and processing the crops).

Fiona spends time in Grimhold under the watchful eye of Bonsai and Dug, handing out flowers to strangers and singing praises to Habastly about the joys of life.

Marston continues to do his duty and perform to the best of his ability as Second Sheriff.

I build Brawlers and commission them to all my deputies.  If I can't make enough, I have other skilled crafters help.  I make it the official sidearm of the Grimhold police force.

In my spare time, I search for any trace of my wife.  When it comes to her, I don't believe in cold cases.

I work with Artemus to have the Dispelling ability added to my newly made Brawler.

I'll also commission someone to make me a bad-ass studded leather duster.  I'll message you the particulars when I figure out what I want.

I make sure to visit Finn and his family often to help with the restoration of the land.  I also check on the other citizens to make sure they're okay and that they have access to fresh supplies.  If the blockade continues, I pressure them to stop and let the town continue to import/export goods in accordance with the law.  Arrests will be made if I encounter too much resistance.

Tropical fruits are in high demand.

This makes Gnevil's soul happy, wherever it may be. Unless he turned into some kind of horrific undead when his negative energy pack exploded.

Finn helps however he can, such as by conducting weekly scrying sessions.

Has Marston considered hiring a contract spellcaster to cast Discern Location or Commune? You have coin, and Finn will take you where ever you need to go using transport via plants. We can go back to Habastlai - I'm sure we can find someone there to cast Commune to gather information to help our search.

Note that Finn has Craft Wondrous and druid spells if there's anything you want that falls into those categories.

That's a brilliant idea.  As long as Marston is authorized to leave Grimhold for brief stints without compromising his responsibility to the town, he takes you up on your offer.

Everything just keeps coming up Millhouse for Marston when it comes to Finn.  I'll definitely take you up on that.  It's not often we get a chance to utilize Druid spells, especially for item creation.

While we're looking for my wife, I'll inquire about communing with Gnevil to make sure his soul is at peace.  If not, perhaps I could spend some coin on resurrecting him.  I'll gladly sacrifice any personal item creation to make sure Gnevil is at peace.  Just a thought.

Once things settle down, after a couple weeks, you get permission.

I will only type to the technical possibility of that.  His method of death was such that it would require something certainly more powerful than a Raise Dead or Reincarnation.

If there are any clickers I can make to help the grove along then I do that.  I have the design for the water gun which could help with watering all the crops.

I will be happy to make clickers for people but I am not enchanting anything right now because I don't want to waste my exp.

I take order for my messenger clickers.

I work on the "hearing aid" project.

I spend time upgrading my own clickers.

Shortly after the new year begins (788), a representative of the Desert Arcana Company arrive in Grimhold.  He is a desert elf named Kaileb el'Toconil al'Shislin.  He is given permission to set up an office in new Grimhold.

Anyone from the plateau knows of the company, which is based in Bellin.  They are arcanists who do not shy away from clickers.  It is run by desert elves and has existed in its current form for many decades.

I will also erect a monument for the deceased crusaders over where they are buried. I'll plant a ring of trees with 8 large stones laid flat in a circle (like Falan's wheel) in the center.

I know.  I was just having some fun with Finn's ensemble cast of new characters.
Here's a recap of Finn's mounted security force that was present at the diplomatic meeting (because I think I missed a lot of details I had developed):

The trio of goblins are each riding a powerfully built ram (http://www-images.theonering.org/torwp/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/war-goats.jpg) that stands ~3 ft high at the shoulder. Each ram sports massive, curved horns that are painted with green bands of varying thickness (think UPC codes). Shaggy fur pokes out of studded leather barding on each ram. Finn tells you later in conversation the names of the mounts - Ironhide, Brawn, and Cliffjumper.

The leader of the three goblins introduces himself as Duke, and does all the talking. He is lean and fit, dressed in a shiny bronze breastplate, shoulder guards, and greaves. He wears a matching Spanish conquistador style helmet that has a faceguard made to look like an angry bearded man (like this (http://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjJzt2UhYzTAhVj7oMKHcbCBFcQjRwIBw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fmesoamericanonlinemuseum.weebly.com%2Fspanish-conquistador-armor.html&psig=AFQjCNF2Fdbxbturpbixdmk6ThBD6hYPrg&ust=1491437672165886)). There is a shield slung across his back, a pistol on one hip, a sabre on the other, and a lance secured to the saddle of his mount that flies a banner with a yellow sun on a green field.

Duke introduces the goblin on his right as Flint. Flint is broad and muscular, and stares at you all menacingly. He wears a rough greyish armor that you suspect is made from hebablam hide. His head is uncovered and his dark hair slicked back. In his hands he carries a heavy flail with the chain and spiked ball nonchalantly slung over his shoulder. A short shotgun is in a holster on his back. His mount clomps agitatedly at the ground when they stop to address you.

The third goblin stops a good 10 ft behind the others. Duke introduces him as Mutt. He is thin and lightly armed and armored - dressed in basic leather armor with a soft leather hat that comes down over his ears. He is carrying a spear with a pistol holstered on his hip. There is a pack of 4 barking dogs (Bullmastiff's (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullmastiff) named Ravage, Rumble, Frenzy, and Buzzsaw) in front of him that he quiets with a word. He is also sporting what is obviously a falconry glove, and it is then that you look up and see 2 horned owls (Starscream and Dirge) circling above you.

To stay consistent with the 80's era theme, the psicrystal would have to be named "The Matrix of Leadership."

Thanks for the idea. Now I have to use this as my backup character.

No xp distributed yet for follower details. I'm only about half way through - I've finished the goblin security detail, Fiona, and Ira. Still have at least 4 more followers with specific identities that I want to detail. Then a bunch of miscellaneous laborers that I will just leave non-descript.

The city planners estimate that 20,000 settlers have come through Grimhold since the announcement of the opening of the lands.  Two thirds of those are out in the lands currently, while the other third live in New Grimhold (the western section of the city built for the settlers).

With spring arriving, and news of the clearing of the undead, the city planners expect another 10,000 this year.  Grimhold is buzzing with activity as upgrades to the city services are being worked on to accommodate all of the new citizens.

A note, Harris did not join the stalker of the dead's crew going out to the crusader army.

Along with Finn and the Yellowian Christopher, Harris is the third of the best known and 'powerful' settler land owners.

Where are all these people coming from?  Is it all over the world?  Just curious because this could potentially open up many more options for our secondary characters on the Plateau.

While I am not sure yet which characters will be used for the remaining three sessions, move forward with getting your secondary characters ready.  Even if they aren't used for now, when we return to Grimhold in a future season (currently scheduled for same time next year), we will get to them.
