The first rule is, you must be good.  For these purposes, you must be completely good, not just good tendencies.

The second rule is you must be able to prepare spells.  That means only wizards, paladins, rangers, and clerics.  Even bards and sorcerers that gain some special ability to prepare spells do not have access.

Our first house rule is that not only must the spellcaster be good, but the deity any divine spellcaster worships must also be good.  Again, good tendencies does not count.

Why are we ruling out sorceres?  There doesn't seem to be any reason to do that especially a holy sorcerer.

The Exalted Deeds book rules them out.  Spellcasters that cannot prepare spells cannot use Sanctified spell.

I agree, it seems kind of strange. Do we allow a celestial bloodline?

My guess is the reason is because sorcerers have a limited number of known spells.  To allow them to cast sanctified spells would increase the number of spells known if done in the same way as the other classes.

I think allowing sorcerers of the celestial bloodline to select sanctified spells as some of their known spells would be fine.
