Did we ever decide to follow ratgirl in her ratmobile across the water?  I know Razilav snuck on the barge, but I can't remember if we decided to chase her down after she scurried off on her boat.  She was heading to district 5, right?

I couldn't follow her because I couldn't swim against the tide.  Now that we have the boat, we could pursue her in the water.  But if we have to row that might take a really long time.  We could try to follow her from shore.

Dissa casts summon monster and summons a Celestial Owl, that lands nearby.

"There.  Now we can follow her and not have to skulk around the city like thieves.  She can follow Miss Rat, we can follow her." (The owl hoots in compliance).  Dissa turns to the owl, 'The one you need to follow is about my height and trailed by a bunch of rats.  She took off by boat that way." Dissa points the way the Rat-dingy went.  "You are just to follow and lead us to her.  No eating the rats."

If the owl doesn't work out, I could always fly after her as long as someone can cast Invisibility on me.

The Owls follows her easily, as there is almost no boat traffic that direction.
