Zunder:
Someone is poisoning large gatherings of people, making it seem like the plague is worse then it is.

Asinjin:
We collected two clicker collars, gave one to the constables and Raz examined the other one.  They don't appear to be anything abnormal or special, low class pet control.

We have one container of the liquid, the rest was disposed of by the military.

We met the Iottian governors.

We still need to look for the ring guild and now the two mercenaries from the past.

Zunder:
* the liquid is currently housed at police office for district 5.

We'll need to visit these shops and ask the owners some details, much like we did for the original shop we investigated.

Zunder:
The effected shops span over a kilometer of shops in one area. 
  - Pipe and Cigarette shop

  - Liquor Store ( Which I state controlled )
  - Clothing Shop
  - General Shop
  - Pottery
