Still one type.

•   Nipits are medium-sized
•   Nipits have a base speed of 30ft.
•   Nipits have low-light vision
•   Nipits have very sensitive hearing and receive proficiency to all Perception (Listening) checks.  If they already have proficiency in Perception, then they double the bonus for Perception (Listening) checks.
•   For that same reason, Nipits have disadvantage on all saving throws against sonic-based attacks
•   Nipits receive a +1 bonus Dexterity skill checks
•   When Nipits are hiding in their natural environment (defined as where they have lived for a year or more), they have advantage on Stealth checks.
•   Nipits are natural linquists and start knowing Nipeete and four other languages.
•   Nipits are able to cast Detect Magic at will.  Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
•   Nipits may not be Berserkers
•   Nipits receive a +2 bonus to Dexterity and a +1 bonus to Charisma and a –1 penalty to Strength and a –1 penalty to Constitution
