I blindfold him while he's still knocked out.

If anyone is a skilled diplomat (more than my 1 rank) I let them ask the questions.

"Who is the gnome you were sitting with at the bar?"

Avya has a a bunch of ranks. We can discuss the questions before hand.  We can tie him up.  You guys can leave the room and then Ayva can ask him questions and still make him think that being tied up is part of his "night of fun".

Traguna (the Bard) has a +9 to Diplomacy and can cast Charm and a +5 to Use Rope (to help tie him up).

Here are the questions I think we should ask:

agreed on the guild dossier,  I want the location of all their safe houses. Most of all, I want their niche! How are they working in the protected market and surviving. Are they bribing officials, paying protection, what!

Here are the questions I think we should ask:
  • Who was the Gnome you were sitting with at the bar.
  • Where is your Guild located.
  • What is the name of your guild leader.
  • who are the other members of your Guild and what are their skills.

How are they working in the protected market and surviving.

The information you have before now leads you to believe they never actually go into the market, but rather prey on those just after they leave.

Between the drug, the Charm, and your skills, you have plenty of time to ask questions.

Who was the Gnome you were sitting with at the bar. "Gonzo"

Where is your Guild located.  "Huh"

What is the name of your guild leader. "Rik"

Who are the other members of your Guild and what are their skills.

"Remy's funny.  Gonzo's sneaky.  Rik's in charge.  The other gnomes make stuff.  Larl and Al go after people"

Note his answers are slurred, as he is drunk, drugged, charmed, and distracted.

Istvan says, out of earshot " I hope you all realize we can't let him go.  We'll warn the others, and anything we do will be much harder.  Every member will be on his guard, they will probably suspend and alter operations.  But since you won't let me.. lose him. I have another idea."  I'll tell you next week, cause i want the exp :P

I thought the plan was to have him arrested.  In his drunken/drugged up/charmed state he won't really remember much of this.  Add to that the allegation of beating a woman nearly to death and being arrested, i think he will be sufficiently neutralized and the Street Fishers will be none the wiser about us.

If you don't think that is enough to get him arrested, Tragorum can go steal that crossbow and plant it here in Vit's house.  That would be enough to get him arrested and hopefully break the ties betweeh the Street Fishers and the G'neary Everthing shop.

Esme had suggested using another woman that looks like Ayva's disguise.

You steal that crossbow, you'll have to hun me down...

Did Esme actually do that?  If so the she should be arriving soon right?  If not then there isn't enough time for her to set it up before the drugs wear off.

That was her plan, but she hasn't arrived yet.

So are we going to pickup when Esme arrives or does she not show up?  If she doesn't like to show up then if possible can we start the next meeting online because there are some things I would like to discuss on the board.

After a few tense minutes, she does arrive with a woman who looks a lot like Ayva's disguise.  Once inside, Esme, who herself is in disguise and looks like a poor woman, asks, "How are things?"

Seems pretty good.   Anything you want to ask our friend?

"I'll let you go first, then we'll see if anything comes up."

Traguna gives Esme a rundown of what they have learned from Vit

She nods as she listens.  Note that she is in another room, not the one he is in.

"Ask where he hangs out with his friends."

Esme also says, "I will wait out here with Claudia," she motions to the girl in the other room.  "When we are finished, she will go in and convince him to play rough.  When she signals, we go in and knock him out.  Don't leave any marks.  Then she escapes and tells the police.  They come back and arrest him.  I have already convinced her on what she needs to do.  She doesn't know enough to implicate us."

Esme makes special note no to let Claudia see those of you that stand out (orc, drow, kobald).

He's a pretty big guy, how do you intend to knock him out without leaving a mark?

What if they detect the drugs in his system?  Can they do that?

Esme shrugs, "Maybe.  But will they think to or care to?"

Tragorum says "I can handle that."

You can all ask questions, and then have them asked of Vit by Ayva.  You have as much time as you think you need, but Esme thinks you should not be here after midnight, about 3 hours.

Because there is more emailing and messaging than posting happening this season due to the nature of the campaign, I will include posting xp in with the other xp I am giving out individually.
