I dismiss the shaking ground.

"Tannic, do you have any healing spells?  If so, is anyone hurt and in need?"

Did the webbed leader have a book on him?

No book

Tannic says: "No sir, I am unharmed. I can use two cure light wounds if anyone is in need.

Did the other fops, drop anything during the fight or while they were knocked prone and shaking?

It doesn't appear so. You never saw a weapon on any of them.

I should have mentioned when you removed his items, your detection shows he has three active spells

Did Brevis cast a detection.  If not, can Tannic?

Once that question is answered, what types and power of spells?

I thought that's how you I'd his items?  In any case it's an abjuration, a transmutation and divination. The first two are weak, the third is moderate.

Bryvus did cast detect magic.

I can also stash their equipment in my bag of holding.

Does anyone speak Horarian besides Gneetah?  Asking for when we have to question the bowmen.

From the desk of Sergeant Quorl:

"I speak Horarian."

"We need a place to drop of those two, and then a place where we can question that one before we have to deliver him to the first deputy."

Quorl uses his knowledge of the city to determine the nearest temple or shrine that is friendly.

There are no "friendly" temples on this side of the river.

What about the Layradian embassy?  I am sure they would help constables in need.

That's all the way on the otherside, near the lighthouse.

You can try. They are far closer than HQ or any of the temples.
