Start with experience.
Everyone survived, and the odds were against that. You got the sword and made of or four possible choices that will have a grand impact.
For accomplishing the mission and surviving, everyone gets 250 x their level.
In addition, based on how you played your characters and how much you contributed to the mission, and level, you get the following:
Vincent - 2400
Natsu - 2000
Gnickle - 1250
Remy - 2400
Istvan - 2500
Ghanshuk - 1250
Schurke - 1500
Profit - 2200

Debate whether you want the pay or the citizenship.

How much is he offering?

Vincent is very unsure of the "citizenship" and will probably like the payment. He is very glad about the ways things turned out. The more he thought about it the more he realized that a world being dominated by the Iotians would be an awful place to try and run a guild and giving them an artifact of that power would go a long way to making them be a more dominate power. So he is happy to get a large payment from some else. I think getting more money would be better the "citizenship" because it isn't actually citizenship.
DM can you explain what it is again.

Historically, if you think of the time of Jesus, the apostles and the Roman Empire. Paul among the apostles was a Roman citizen, so he could ask for things that the others couldn't.
Those who possessed such a status enjoyed a wide range of privileges and protections which varied over time and place. Some of the more common d benefits were the right to vote in assemblies and to be eligible to run for civil or public office. It also included the right to make legal contracts or hold property, as well as the privilege of immunity from some taxes and legal obligations.
Roman citizens had the right to sue (and be sued) in the courts and the right to have a legal trial where they could appear before a proper court to defend themselves. They even had the ability to request Caesar himself hear their case.
Additionally, citizens could not be tortured or whipped (scourged), nor could they receive the death penalty, unless they were guilty of treason.

Natsu takes the citizenship. Maybe I’ll run for mayor.
We have a payment coming from Parker. Assuming he keeps his end of the deal.

Schurke and Profit also take the citizenship.

Good question, probably not...

Gnickel will also take the citizenship, viewing it as a potential safeguard against an Iottian induced anti-tinker movement.
